7. Prohibited Content

Non-consensual or forced sexual activity.
Content involving intoxicated, unconscious, or asleep persons.
Human trafficking or sex trafficking content.
Bestiality or animals appearing in sexual content.
Violence, torture, mutilation, or hate crimes.
Blood, menstrual blood, or bodily waste content.
Scat content.
Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.
Background individuals, including distant persons lacking verified consent.

8. Payments, Billing and Subscriptions

Payments for subscriptions and other paid services are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle selected during checkout.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
FetishClip uses Verotel/CardBilling as its authorized billing partner for payment processing.

All other complaints are handled fairly and consistently with the objective of resolution within 5 business days whenever possible.

In compliance with the United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257 and related regulations, all models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created.
